This website is NZ owned and operated by Enduro

Definitions

“Enduro” Means Enduro and its successors and assigns.

“Customer” Means the person who purchases goods from Enduro.

"Enduro Website" Means www.enduropac.nz.

“GST” Means Goods & Services Tax chargeable in accordance with the Goods & Services Tax Act 1985.

“Goods” Means machines, packaging or other items and services for sale on the Enduro Website. 

Acceptance

By using the Enduro Website you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

All Goods supplied by Enduro will be in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Enduro has the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time.

Enduro has the discretion to decline any order placed or cancel any order for any reason.

Customers are liable for every order they make.

Enduro takes steps to ensure the information provided on the Enduro Website is correct, however there is no responsibility in this regard and Enduro will not be liable for any error or omission.

All photos show a representation of appearance of the product, but there may be some variation. 

Price and Payment

Payment for Goods ordered must be received in full prior to dispatch.

Prices are shown inclusive of GST 

Risk

Property and Risk in the Goods transfers to the Customer on delivery. 

Delivery

Enduro may require the Customer to pay any delivery or freight costs incurred in delivery. 

The Customer is responsible for ensuring authorised persons are available to take delivery of the Goods at time of delivery. 

Defects and Returns

Customers must advise of damage or defect within 30 days of receiving the Goods.

If the Customer believes the Goods are damaged or defective; the Customer must give Enduro a reasonable amount of time to inspect and assess the Goods.

 If the Customer does not advise Enduro of damage or defect within 30 days; or fails to allow a reasonable amount of time for Enduro to inspect the Goods for damage or defect; the Goods are presumed to have been delivered without damage or defect.

If the Goods are agreed to be damaged or defective, and the Customer is entitled to reject the goods, Enduro’s liability is limited to repairing or replacing the Goods; or refunding the purchase price of the Goods.

The Goods must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Enduro will not be liable for Goods which the Customer has not stored or used correctly.

Goods must be returned in the condition in which they were delivered; with all packaging materials; brochures and instruction materials in as near new condition as is reasonable. 

Use of Website

Enduro may accept or refuse any Customer access to the Website.
